Held every Sunday morning, this market is without a doubt one of the top attractions in the centre of Antwerp. Although known as the ‘Bird Market’ the truth is that there are a wide range of animals on sale, from cats and dogs, to rodents and reptiles. It is an interesting street market to take a look around and meet some of the local people in a traditional and exhilarating open air atmosphere.
