It was in 1862 that Theofiel Verbiest ambitiously founded the Sacred Heart of the Holy Virgin. His idea was to take the good news of God and the bible to the east to China. Over a long period of time, the preiests and clergy from this area of Anderlecht have continued to go to China on a regular basis in an attempt to convert as many people as possible there. This collection is of interest to all visitors.
