Belgium is of course the home of Art Nouveau, something that many people forget. Therefore some of the most interesting and early examples of this style can be seen in all of the major towns and cities of the country. Inspired by the work of Victor Horta, the design of this building is exceptional and thought to date from 1899. Known as the gilded house for a good reason, it is a beautiful tourist attraction.
