Place Jean Gosette is the historical and current centre of the town, a great looking example of the French influence on this area of Belgium. Well laid out and exhibiting some tremendous examples of local buildings, the square is a good place to head if you are new to the area to get your bearings and enjoy a coffee or a beer in traditional surrounds.
