St. Christopher’s Basilica is one of the best-loved ecclesiastical features in Charleoi and is situated at the very heart of the city. Originally constructed in the 18th Century, the building was fully refurbished in the 1950s, to attempt to restore the original charms after some damage in the Second World War. Both internally and externally, this is a really amazing place to visit.
