One of the larger urban parks in Antwerp, this vast expanse of greenery was deliberately set out in order to provide a place of rest and relaxation in the heart of the city. The excellent facility is filled with plants and trees that are native to the local area and there are lakes and ponds scattered around, offering a certain natural freshness.
