Albert I Promenade is named after one of the best-loved kings of Belgium, and is certainly befitting of his great name. Spreading for some distance along the seafront, it is a popular spot for both local people and tourists to stroll along in summer months. Lined with teashops and restaurants, the promenade is the perfect place to sit, relax and watch the sea sweep in and out, and the world go by.
