Castaldie is one of them many pieces of public art that stand in this beautiful town. Created by the eminent artists and sculptor Louis Noel in 1993, the vast statue reaches up into the sky, creating quite an impact on all of those who pass by. The beautiful statue has been pride of place in the town since shortly after it was made and is a well loved part of the scenery.
