The Cultural Centre was opened as a millennium project and was the fusion of a theatre that already existed, and a cultural society which had been looking for a home. The idea of the centre is to bring a first class arts centre to the people of the community. Offering theatre productions, art exhibitions, comedy, dance and much more, there is always something of interest at the centre.
