Opened in 1979, the Cultural Centre has been providing a fantastic place where local people can indulge in the national love of the arts in a great environment. Built on water next to the river, the centre offers a place where people can go to exhibitions of art and sculpture, as well as watch performances of plays, modern installation pieces, music and comedy.
