In 2002, this sculpture became another brilliant piece of art to be added to the street gallery, which is without a doubt one of the finest public collections of art scattered around a town anywhere in Europe. Designed by Jean Culot, the strange looking character is meant to embody the spirit of the town, and has quickly become a popular favourite amongst locals.
