The Halle Al’Chair is situated directly on the banks of the old River Meuse and is one of the most interesting examples of a commercial building that still stands from this period of history in the city. Built between 1588 and 1590, the Meat Hall was made of brick and blue stones and is a fantastic piece of well preserved history for all to enjoy.
