Jean Marc Siob is the artists and sculptor who is responsible for what can only be described as this stunning fountain and sculpture. It is part of the vast collection of pieces that are scattered around the town in public places and make this one of the most interesting and culturally important towns in Belgium. The piece was created in 1997.
