Reminiscent in many ways of the great works of Henry Moore, this fantastic sculpture was created in 1990 by the world famous sculptor Louis Noel. It is one of the most recognisable sculptures in this town which is filled with wonderful pieces of art by a range of eminent artists. The abstract peace has smooth lines and represents a fluidity of the life force.
