Born in 1938, and with a long connection with this area of Belgium, Louis Noel is one of the best known sculptors of this area and his time. This is one of the pieces that he has contributed to the massive street collection which can be viewed by walking almost anywhere in this community. Created in 1995, it depicts a young person riding a donkey.
