On the northern side of this beautiful square, one of the largest and best loved in the city; you will find a wealth of cafes and bars that are popular with both local people and visitors. They are the perfect place to experience Liege at its most relaxed, a wonderful environment, filled with easygoing people. The square is flanked by amazing pieces of architecture, and still occasionally hosts a market.
