This church is the centre piece of the community, and certainly the main symbol of mans conquest over nature in this largely rural area. The fine looking church towers above the surrounding buildings and has been built in the traditional style of the area, using Belgian techniques. The nation has always been at the forefront of international architecture, and this design is ahead of its time.
