The Channel is a two kilometre long body of water that links the main town centre of the community with the North Sea. It is crossed by using the daily operating ferryboat, a real treat for enthusiasts of boats. It is a good place to observe a great deal of wildlife and to see the many beautiful sailing boats go off out to sea and come back from days out.
