In the past the White Residence has been called the Grand Hotel, and quite appropriately, as it is by far one of the most impressive pieces of architecture in this area of the country. Designed by eminent architect A. Lagache, the building was made in 1924 and features a great series of carvings in the local grey stone on the front façade.
