Andre Devaux died in the city of Veurne in 1994 and lived almost a century in Belgium. This bust is located in the city park and is a fitting tribute to one of the most talented and well loved artists that Belgium has ever produced. His works are famous all over the world, and his surrealist style followed closely from that of many of the greats of the early 20th Century.
