Often thought to be one of the oldest buildings in the area, Ravenhof Castle has been renovated and restored on several occasions in modern times. The fine castle would have once acted as one of the main fortifications for the town that was always under attack in the darker days of militarised Europe. The beautiful structure is a popular features of the town.
