Roeslare Harbour
Kaaistraat, Roeslare 8800 - Belgium
Map
Located on the Roeslare to Leie Canal, the harbour was constructed between 1862 and 1870 and opened to the first ship to moor in 1872. One of the more important inland harbours in the country, being used as a trading point and transport hub for agriculture and industry. Still today the harbour is in use and has been reinforced.
