Rumbeke Castle was built around 1538 and is one of the finest examples of Renaisance Flemish architecture in this area of the country. Built for a series of dignitaries in the area, the castle dominates the local skyline and is filled with fascinating history. The main entrance way is thought to have been built in the late 18th Century and offers some of the finest craftsmanship.
