Saint Michael’s Church has old traces that can be seen as early as the middle ages. Until 1872, the building remained the only church in the Roselare parish. In 1488 a terrible fire destroyed the church and it had to be rebuilt. The current monumental tower dates back to 1504 and is one of the lasting symbols of the community.
